Basic Setup: 

• Set a Date Months in Advance, and Recruit Between 5 and 25 Event Organizers
• Each Host Chooses Their Own Content
• Each Host Chooses Their Own Event Format: Online, In-Person or Hybrid
• Use a Collaborative Scheduling Platform to Coordinate All Events like Sched or Emamo)

• Link all relevant event details in the scheduling platform (times, addresses & links)

Who This Works For and Why:

For local organizations with multiple hosts, venues and topics, like a local Startup Week. One central organizer can pull off a massive event on a tiny budget by sharing the workload among local companies. Each individual event organizer gets to run their own event on their own terms, and benefits from the exposure of the larger overall event week.

How To Host The Event:

• Recruit initial partners
• Set a date
• Choose a collaborative scheduling platform (we recommend Emamo)
• Send potential organizers an event submission deadline
• Encourage them to allow remote attendees at as many events as possible... this adds international reach to your local industry
