BuzzIt Blog Graphics (7)Basic Setup:

  • Virtual and In-Person Speakers
  • Virtual and In-Person Audience
  • Livestream

Who This Works For and Why:

National organizations with two or more strong local branches that want to contribute their own content. This gameplan can be any combination of the other hybrid event types outlined in this document. For example, host the collaborative conference in an Oscar Party format (Page 8) and allow each office location a day to broadcast an event while the other branches hold watch parties.

Set up: Each local organizer is responsible for producing either a hybrid or virtual event where their local members are the focus of the show. Each location holds "watch parties" (Refer to Oscar Party (LINK TO PAGE WHEN LIVE)) on the days they're not producing a broadcast.

How To Host The Event:

  • Have local branches decide whether or not they'll produce a day of the event
  • Refer to the Oscar Party Gameplan on Page 8) (LINK WHEN LIVE^^)
